Toastmasters met 1-10-2004 at (UCI) University of California at Irvine for (LACE) Leadership and Communication and Education Training. Kent Jones was the Founder's District Governor and Lou Ann Frederic was the chairman of the event. The main purpose was to train each member of each club, near this area, of their responsibilities.
